Beatrice A. Carlyle

Beatrice A. Carlyle, 74, of South Bloomfield, Ohio, died Saturday, September 6, 2014, at Grant Medical Center, in Columbus, OH. She was born September 24, 1939, in Racine, Ohio, a daughter of the late Elbert Gerald Gillilan and Della Frankie (Beaver) Gillilan. Beatrice was a homemaker and member of Redeemer's Church West in Grove City, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Lloyd Rexall Carlyle Jr. She is survived by her children, Paul Timothy (Cheryl) Carlyle of Point Pleasant, Lloyd Michael Carlyle of Hilliard, OH, Vicki Lynn (Robert) Shepherd of Delaware, OH, Brian Keith (Tammy) Carlyle of South Bloomfield, OH, and Wendy Ann (Kevin) Myers of Jasper, Florida; 10 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and four sisters, Delores (Raymond) Donohue, Shirley Simpson, Mildred Williams, and Betty (Duke) Spaun. A funeral service will be at 12 noon, Friday, September 12, 2014, at Wyoma Pentecostal Church in Gallipolis Ferry, WV, with Pastor Roger Bonecutter and Pastor Mike Lape officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 10, from 5-8 p.m., at the Redeemer's Church West, Grove City, OH, Thursday, September 11, from 5-8 p.m., at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, and Friday one hour prior to the service at the church.
