Charles Russell Chisholm, 74, of West Columbia, WV, died Friday, October 18, 2013, at Lakin Hospital in West Columbia. He was born July 14, 1939, in Elkins, WV, a son of the late Angus Chisholm and Virginia Goodsill Chisholm. A funeral service will held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at the Lakin Chapel.
