David Christopher Reid

David Christopher Reid, 98, of Oakton, Virginia, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Pleasant Valley Healthcare Center, Point Pleasant, WV.

He was born February 11, 1928, in Oklahoma, a son of the late Fred and Chloe (Englbracht) Reid.David was a retired Lawyer from the United States Air Force and a member of the Muskogee Masonic Temple in Muskogee, OK. He was an avid reader and was Baptist by faith.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 50 years, Daisy (Endicott) Reid; son, David P. Reid and wife, Charlene of Tulsa, OK; two grandchildren; stepdaughter, Kimberly Davis and husband, Michael of Hurricane, WV; step-grandchildren, Kingsley (Zack) Moody, of Hurricane, WV, Laura (David) Stone of Morgantown, WV and five great grandchildren.

Services will be private. He will be laid to rest at Kirkland Memorial Gardens, Point Pleasant, WV.
