Debra Lynn Locke

Debra Lynn (Spears) Locke, age 62, of Cedar Hill, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at her home on September 2, 2026.

Debbie was born March 6, 1964, in Gallipolis, Ohio, to the late Robert G. Spears and Judith A. (Smith) Spears. Debbie was a Registered Nurse and Lab Technician for many years.

She is survived by her husband of 31 years, John Locke. Debbie had five children, Nicole Ramey of Gallipolis, Ohio, Robert (Roxanne) Ramey of Houma, Louisiana, James Ramey of Sarasota, Florida, Brittany Morgan of Vine Grove, Kentucky, and Katherine (Katie) Locke of Vine Grove, Kentucky. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Hayllie Mullen and Xander Gilbert of Gallipolis, Ohio, Laila Ramey and Trinady Ramey of Houma, Louisiana, Amelia (Millie) Ramey of Sarasota, Florida, and Siara Morgan and Mia Wiley of Vine Grove, Kentucky, as well as two great grandchildren, Elizabeth Boudreaux of Louisiana and Merci Jane Burford of Gallipolis, Ohio. Debbie is also survived by two sisters, Stephanie Hill of Gallipolis, Ohio, Heather Kerwood (Bill) Moore of Louisville, Kentucky and one brother, Salvador “Nick” Esquivel of Gallipolis, Ohio.

There will be a graveside memorial at Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant, WV, for close friends and family.
