Dee Ann Stephens, 52, of Bidwell, Ohio, died Sunday, September 21, 2014, at home. She was born October 16, 1961, in Point Pleasant, a daughter of the late Clarence Greenlee and Margaret (Cunningham) Greenlee. Dee Ann had worked as a social worker with KVC Mental Health Services of Point Pleasant and taught at various schools in Mason County. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Chapman; and one brother, Clarence "Butch" Greenlee. She is survived by her husband, David Chadwell of Bidwell, OH; a daughter, Maggie Stephens of Morgantown, WV; and one son, Dylan Stephens of Philadelphia, PA. Also surviving are a sister, Dorothy "Dottie" Fultz of Columbus, OH; one sister-in-law, Pat Greenlee of Point Pleasant; and a brother-in-law, Paul Chapman of Mt. Vernon, OH. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at Tu-Endie-Wei State Park, in Point Pleasant. Casual dress is suggested by the family.
