Delores Joyce Hedrick

Delores Joyce Hedrick, 83, of West Columbia, formerly of Nitro, died Monday, August 4, 2014 at Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant, WV. She was born October 14, 1930, in Nitro, WV, a daughter of the late Roland Gene Cook and Katherine E. (Oslanski) Cook. Delores was a waitress by profession. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by one sister, Violet Warstell and two brothers, Roland Gene Cook Jr. and Danny Cook. Delores is survived by her daughter, Katherine Lorraine Hedrick; several grandchildren and seven nieces and one nephew. A funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m., Friday, August 8, 2014, in the Lakin Hospital Chapel at West Columbia, WV, with speaker Ronnie Cremeans officiating.
