Granville Lee Likens Sr.

Granville Lee Likens Sr., 79, of Point Pleasant, WV, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV.

He was born May 17, 1947, in Henderson, WV, a son of the late Jasper and Cecil Irene (Clonch) Likens. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty L. (Marshall) Likens; second wife, Donna (Parsons) Likens; five sisters, Agnes Conway, Betty Jane Mitchell, Edna Yvonne Leonard, Loretta Cook, Sharon Louise Williamson and two brothers, Charles Likens and Jasper Ricky Likens.

Granville was a Laborer and retired from Williamson Pallets of Southside, WV. He also worked for Larry Supple on the farm for many years. Granville attended Addison Freewill Baptist Church in Addison, OH.

Survivors include his children, Sandra Lynn Likens of Point Pleasant, WV, Granville Lee Likens Jr., of Point Pleasant, WV; brother, James Russell Likens of Delaware, OH; grandchildren, Nick and Katrina Farley, Kristen and Jason Shultz, Chuckie Davis, Shalynn Likens (Justin Searls), Caleb Davis, Mason and Morgan Likens, Denver Rollins; great grandchildren, Bunkie Shultz, Darla Shultz, Emily Farley, Madison Farley, Lucas Farley, Faith Roberts, Nathan Farley, Kayden Likens, Jaylen Searls, Paisley Davis, MaKenna Searls and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, WV, with Pastor Doug Mitchell and Pastor Matt Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Buffalo Memorial Park, Buffalo, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 11 a.m. until time of the service on Saturday, at the funeral home.
