Helen Deane Morton

Helen Deane Morton, 96, of West Columbia, WV, formerly of Huntington, WV, died Monday, February 4, 2013, at Lakin Hospital. She was born July 9, 1916, in Springfield, Illinois, a daughter of the late James Flowers and Julia( Kovach) Flowers. Helen was a Registered Nurse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Morton, on January 30, 1990. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, February 8, 2013, at the Lakin Chapel in West Columbia. Burial will follow in the Lakin Cemetery.
