Jackie Roger Lee

Jackie Roger Lee, age 83, of Point Pleasant, WV, died Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, OH.

On October 1, 1942, Jackie was born to the late Violet (Meaige) Lee and Rolfe Lee. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by brothers, Willie (Sheila) Henry and Brookie (Leah) Henry.

Jackie is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann (Howard) Lee of Point Pleasant, whom he married in 1989; son, Anthony (Rachael) Lee of Asheville, NC; daughter, Tisha Anderson of Asheville, NC; one sister, Joy Sturgeon of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; brothers, Rolfie (Sharon) Lee of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Charles Lee of Mason, WV, Allen (Beverly) Lee of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, and Doug (Valery) Henry of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; three grandchildren, Bethany (Jackie) Corn of Mills River, NC, Ameliah (Patrick) Davidson of Marion, NC, and Mitchell Anderson of Houston, TX; four great grandchildren, Grace Corn, Charlotte Corn, Camron Davidson, and Parker Davidson.

Jackie was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1960. He was a member of the Boilermaker Local 667 and retired as a fabricator from Kaiser Aluminum in 2008. He loved the outdoors, coon hunting, rabbit hunting, deer hunting, and fishing.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Friday, July 24, 2026, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV, with Pastor Tony Stover officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkland Memorial Gardens, Point Pleasant, WV. Friends may visit with the family from12 p.m. until the time of service Friday, at the funeral home.

Serving as pall bearers will be family members Doug Henry, Garrett Watterson, Derrick Watterson, Barry Epling, Barry Henry, and Nick Meaige. Honorary pall bearers will be special friends Larry Lee, Mike Austin, Jimmy McCarty, and Jacob Errett.
