Jeffrey Wayne Thomas

Jeffrey Wayne Thomas, 59, of Point Pleasant, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, OH, with family by his side.

He was born March 7, 1966, in Gallipolis, OH, a son of Carolyn Louise (King) Thomas and the late Allen Wayne Thomas. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Lewis Jay Thomas.

He was a graduate of Mason County Vocational Center and attended Jackson County Developmental Center. Jeffrey was a member of Leon United Methodist Church in Leon, WV, and will be greatly missed for his bright spirit and smile.

Survivors include his loving mother, Carolyn Thomas; brothers, William Allen Thomas and his wife, Tina of Leon, WV, Christopher Thomas of Leon, WV; nieces and nephews, Ashley (Johnny) Spaulding, Allen Thomas, Seonta (Justin) Clark, Zara Thomas, Zachriah (Myranda) Thomas, Christian (Kaleigh) Thomas, Lizzie McCoy, Gabriel Thomas, and several great nieces, great nephews, and a host of wonderful friends.

Service will be 1 p.m., Monday, August 25, 2025, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, WV, with Pastors Fred Sparks and Mike Plants officiating. Burial will follow in Leon Cemetery, Leon, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home. An additional visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Monday, at the funeral home.
