Kathleen Sue Miller

Kathleen Sue (Turner) Miller sadly passed away at her home in the early morning hours of March 14, 2026, due to an apparent heart attack.

Kathleen was born on November 14, 1965, in Point Pleasant WV, the daughter of Charles and Susie Turner. She was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School.

Kathleen had a successful career as a real estate agent in Mason County for 22 years. She and her husband, Steve, had a great life together for the 11 years they were married. They both loved fishing and going to the beach. Kathleen very much enjoyed gardening, but most of all, she loved being “Mamaw” to their grandchildren.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Steve Miller. In addition, she leaves behind her parents and her son, Bryan (Hillary) Wrooten, and her granddaughters Marlow and Maisey. She is also survived by her siblings Charlene (Rick) Kapp, Charles, Jr., and Jane (Tim) Holley, as swell as a niece Shawna and nephews Rickie, Alan, and Jacob.

Kathleen adored her step-daughter, Katie (Scott) Lowther and granddaughters Shellbee, Maddie, and Gracie. In addition, Tiffany Miller, her step-daughter in-law and sons Ryan, Tucker, and Davis. Preceding Kathleen in death was her step-son Steve Miller II.

Finally, Kathleen is survived by her sister-in-law, Gayle (David) Titus of Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin and brother-in-law, Scott Miller of Charleston, WV.

Kathleen was Christian by faith. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

A celebration of her life will take place on Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors from 1 – 3 p.m.  A closing prayer will be given by Pastor Mitchell Burch.
