Kelly Ann Rainey

Kelly Ann Rainey, 59, of Point Pleasant, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023, at home.

She was born April 17, 1964, in Gallipolis, OH, a daughter of the late Earnest L. Rainey and Loretta M. (Ramsey) Rainey.

Kelly is survived by her children, Eric K. Dye and Jeanette Waugh of Glenwood, Heather M. Little and Lundy Perkins of Florida and Brandi K. Little and Jason Bryant of Winfield; sisters, Darlene and Kirk Barker of Gallipolis Ferry and Sheila and Roger McCallister of Gallipolis Ferry; a brother, Earnest "Butch" and Debra Rainey of Point Pleasant; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and a special friend that was very dear to her heart, Terry Waugh.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor Joe Nott officiating. Burial will follow at the Sand Hill Cemetery in Point Pleasant.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service Tuesday at the funeral home.
