Kristin Dawn Call

Kristin Dawn Call was born on January 4, 1965, and transitioned from this life on August 1, 2025.

Kristin loved listening to music and held a deep appreciation for Michael Jackson, Alabama, The Monkees, and the Bee Gees.  She enjoyed spending her time painting, dancing, and watching Scooby-Doo.  She cherished time with her family and her pets. Kristin loved competing in the Special Olympics as a child, winning a gold medal for bowling at the West Virginia State Special Olympics.  Having a birthday close to Christmas, Kristie always enjoyed seeing Santa Claus drive past her home and opening presents amongst her family.  Most importantly, Kristin developed a deep-rooted faith through her life and dearly loved Jesus Christ.

Kristin had a heart full of love and a radiant spirit, bringing joy to everyone she met, leaving a lasting impression.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Jacqueline Call Holland; her maternal grandparents, Thomas and Esther Reynolds; and paternal grandparents, Ernest and Clyda Call.

She is survived by her parents, Ernest Jr. and Patty Call; her siblings, Jodi Call, Willie Call (Melissa); nephews Josh Holland (Sarah), Patrick Holland (Kayla); nieces Anna Woomer and Madelyn Call; grandnephew Max Holland and grandnieces Kennedi and Palmer Holland; Godmother Greta Calandros; former teacher Rita Mace, and many extended family members.

In lieu of flowers, Kristin's family has opened an account for the Kristin Call Memorial Scholarship.  This will be directed towards Mason County students majoring in Special Education.

Private graveside services will be held at Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant for family and dear friends.
