Linda Sue Bonecutter

Linda Sue (Dean) Bonecutter, 82, of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, passed away July 28, 2026, with her family by her side at Abbyshire Place, Gallipolis, OH.  Linda was a loving wife and mother.  She was an active member of the Gospel Tabernacle Church, Point Pleasant, and a graduate of Point Pleasant High School, Class of 1962.

She was born June 3, 1944, in Wayne County, WV, a daughter of the late Charles and Hazel (Davis) Dean.

Linda is survived by her husband of 64 years, Ronald E. Bonecutter; one son, Ronald E. Bonecutter, Jr. and wife Trisha of Gallipolis Ferry, two grandchildren, Kamille D. and husband Caleb Durst of Point Pleasant, Ronald E. Bonecutter, III of Huntington, and one great grandchild, Obadiah H. Durst; one sister, Minnie Tice of Parkersburg, and one brother, Jerry Dean and wife Cindy of Point Pleasant.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Mary Lou Miller, Pansy Crossen, Lois Hatfield and Connie Jolley; three brothers, Charles Dean, Howard Dean, and Dennis Dean.

The family would like to thank Abbyshire Place for the care given to Linda.

Funeral Services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV, with Pastor Bert Flora and Pastor David Washington officiating.  Burial will follow in the Henderson Cemetery, Henderson, WV.  Friends may visit with the family from 12 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
