Louetta Kay Oliver

Louetta Bugg Oliver, 68, of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, passed away, Friday, September 5, 2014, at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. She was born July 9, 1946, a daughter of the late Glen F. Bugg and Amanda L. (Messick) Bugg. Louetta was a homemaker and member of the Lifeline Apostolic Church in Point Pleasant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Oliver; and four brothers, Ricky, Junior, Doug, and Carl Bugg. She is survived by two daughters, Stacey (Lee) Phillips and Kimberly (Toby) Lewis; four grandchildren, J.D. (Katlin) Lewis, Hannah Lewis, Cody Patterson, and Haleigh Patterson; and one great granddaughter, Amanda Lewis. Also, surviving are one brother, Larry (Marilyn) Bugg; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Mary Gail Bugg, Charles and Diann Birchfield, Judy Meeks, Linda Merrill, and Jeannie Gardner; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2014, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Pastor Charles Birchfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Wyoma Cemetery at Gallipolis Ferry. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service, at the funeral home Wednesday.
