Margaret Elizabeth Fraser

Margaret Elizabeth (Anderson) Fraser, 88, of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2025, at Overbrook Rehabilitation Center, Middleport, OH.

She was born January 15, 1937, in Letart, WV, a daughter of the late Samuel C. and Edna (Pickens) Anderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Fraser; sisters, Edith, Elva and seven brothers, Homer, Oshel, Andy, Otho, Otmer, Ray, and Roy.

Margaret had previously worked as a Cook for several nursing homes and was an avid reader.

Survivors include her daughter, Heather Thompson and husband, Haakon; grandchildren, Wolfrik and Anders; sisters, Velma (Don) Siders, Ellen Egnor, Billie Tennant; Ruth Seymour and niece, Jeannie (Tony) Sayre.

In keeping with Margarets wishes, there will be no public services.
