Mary B. Oldaker, 89, of Evans, WV, formerly of Point Pleasant, died Saturday, December 28, 2013, at home. She was born August 17, 1924, in Leon, WV, a daughter of the late Homer Boles and Nellie Beatrice (Morrison) Boles. Mary was a homemaker, and had co-owned and operated the Oldaker's Exxon and Grocery for 15 years. She also worked for Yonkers Manufacturing for three years and Gerlach Manufacturing for eight years. She had served as treasurer for 21 years for the Pine Grove Cemetery, and was a member of Point Pleasant Chapter No. 75 Order of the Eastern Star. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David H. Oldaker; one sister, Ruth Keefer; and an infant brother. Mary is survived by two sons, David Lee (Annette) Oldaker of Cottageville, WV, and Marvin Oldaker of Evans; three sisters, Evelyn Keefer of Point Pleasant, Faye DeVault of Leon, WV, and Donna Keefer of Marietta, OH; two grandchildren, Jeremy (Brittany) Oldaker, and Misty (Scott) Clutter; one step granddaughter, Brittany (Matt) Ross; and three great grandchildren; Breena Clutter, Avery Ross, and Drew Ross. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, January 2, 2014, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Pastor Johnny Hayman officiating. Burial will follow at Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, January 1 at the funeral home.
