Naomi Pullins, 81, of Point Pleasant, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at the home of her daughter. She was born May 17, 1935, in Point Pleasant, a daughter of the late Johnnie Hoschar and Inez (Parsons) Hoschar. Naomi was a homemaker and baptist in faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Guy Pullins Sr.; sisters, Ardella Herdman and Renie Russell; and two brothers, Calvin L. Hoschar and Richard Lindsay. Naomi is survived by a daughter, Naomi (Charles) Vaughan of Leon; three sons, William "Bub" (Lisa) Pullins of Point Pleasant, James Jr. (Darlena) Pullins of Point Pleasant and Johnny (Crystal) Pullins of Apple Grove; four sisters, Annabelle Rice of Point Pleasant, Altie (Tim) Lewis of Richmond, IN, Nellie (Doug) Hudson of Southside and June Stover of Racine, OH; two brothers, Charles Hoschar of Glenwood and Johnnie Hoschar of Henderson; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2017, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor Dave Shirer officiating. Burial will follow at Eckard Cemetery in Point Pleasant.
