Sharon Louise Williamson

Sharon Louise Williamson, 74, of Point Pleasant, WV, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV.

She was born December 8, 1951, in Point Pleasant, WV, a daughter of the late Jasper and Cecil Irene (Clonch) Likens. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Agnes Conway, Betty Jane Mitchell, Edna Yvonne Leonard, Loretta Cook and two brothers, Charles Likens and Jasper Likens.

Sharon retired from the Mason County Action Group as a Home Health Aide and was a member of Longview Church in Evans, WV.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Lewis Addison Williamson; children, Melissa Williamson of Hartford, WV, Cora (Bart) Pearson of Point Pleasant, WV; grandchildren, Randy (Katelyn) Williamson, Stephen (Samantha) Pearson, Nathan Tucker, Victoria Tucker, Dylan Pearson; great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Landon, Caden, Addison, Austin, Stella, Twyla, Skyla, Sophia, Kena, Ryker; brothers, Grandville Likens of Point Pleasant, WV, James Likens of Delaware, OH and multiple nieces and nephews.

Service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, WV, with Pastors Doug Mitchell and Jack Parsons officiating. Private burial will be held at Beech Hill Cemetery, Southside, WV. Friends may visit from 11 a.m. until time of the service on Saturday, at the funeral home.
