Thomas Bradley "Brad" Minton

Thomas Bradley “Brad” Minton, 59, of Morgantown, West Virginia, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, July 24, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born on September 6, 1966, in Newark, Delaware, Brad was the son of the late Nial Franklin Minton and the cherished son of Barbara Gene Miller Dunlap, who survives.

At the center of Brad's life was his beloved wife, Tammy Davis Minton. Married on June 30, 2001, the two shared twenty-five wonderful years together, building a life rooted in love, laughter, unwavering devotion, and countless treasured memories.

Brad was a proud graduate of Point Pleasant High School, Class of 1984, and continued his education at both Marshall University and West Virginia University. He built a respected career in healthcare finance, serving as a Corporate Director of Manage Care for Penn Highlands Healthcare, where his dedication and professionalism touched many lives.

A man of deep Christian faith, Brad lived with kindness, compassion, and unwavering integrity. He found his greatest joy in God's creation, whether he was hunting, fishing, boating, or simply enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.

Above all else, Brad's greatest treasure was his family. They were the center of his world, and the moments he shared with each of them were the ones he cherished most. He had a special bond with his beloved dogs, who brought him constant companionship and happiness. Brad's love was evident in the way he cared for those around him, and his gentle spirit, steadfast faith, and devotion to family will be remembered and treasured by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Brad leaves behind a family who will forever carry his love in their hearts: his daughters, Katie Minton Johnson (Mark), Molly Minton, and Sarah Henderson (Paul); his precious grandson, Declan Pierce, who brought him endless joy; and the anticipation of welcoming his first granddaughter, a blessing he looked forward to with great excitement. He is also survived by his sister, Julie Newman; his brother, Jay Minton (Susie); his stepbrother, Mike Dunlap (Beth); and many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Brad shared a special bond with each of them, and the love he gave so freely will remain a lasting part of their lives.

In addition to his father, Brad was preceded in death by his devoted stepfather, Eugene Dunlap.

Though his time here was far too short, Brad's greatest legacy is the love he shared with his family. His kind heart, steady presence, and deep devotion to those he loved will be remembered always, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
