Ralph Edward Kiser

Ralph E. Kiser, 61, of Point Pleasant, died Sunday, January 26, 2014, at home. He was born July 16, 1952, in Ashland, Kentucky, a son of the late Ferrell V. Kiser and Belva I. (Kouns) Kiser. Ralph was a former employee of J. & L. Steel of Cleveland, OH. He is survived by two sisters, Renee (John) Howard of Gallipolis Ferry, and Sheri L. Kiser of Columbus, OH. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, January 31, 2014, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Pastor James Ellis officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service Friday.
